Health professionals announce strike

www.ntv.co.ke The Kenya Health Professionals Society is threatening to go on strike on the seventh of December if the Government does not increase their salary by one hundred and fifty percent. The workers, who constitute nurses, clinical officers, occupational therapists, lab technicians amongst others, also want the Government to give them better working conditions. They however say they are welcome to negotiations and will welcome any talks on implementation of their demands from the Government.
