   this is silly. a lot of IT people “who always have a job” don’t know their asses from holes in the ground. I just worked a consulting gig where a problem has been occurring for months, shutting down an important customer service. There were 3 other consultants previously involved, a corporate IT “team” and the vendor who installed and managed the equipment. EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING WHAT WAS WRONG and why, NO ONE DID ANYTHING FOR 3 more WEEKS. Bad IT is so common, people think it’s normal.

   absolutly right!! this is ITIL/ITSM professional!!
   I am IT Consultant and I always got job even in bad days.
